Founded in 1983, it has managed to achieve a constant increase in the number of items produced and quantities of sheet metal, iron, steel, aluminium, tube and profiles processed.

Ugolini e Frascali is today a very technologically advanced company in the light metal sub-contracting sector.

In 1996 Ugolini e Frascali was annexed with a separate welding facility and during the course of 1999 a paint plant was also set up.

The company's present aim is to manage to establish itself further at national and international levels and to be able to continue constantly improving its production potential in terms of final product quality, punctual delivery and production flexibility.
